CrysTelCall awarded "Best Contact Center in the Middle East for the year 2011”
CrysTelCall, Jordan’s first independent and leading contact center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, was recently awarded Middle East "Best Outsourcing Service Provider for the Year 2011 with 70 – 300 Seats" along with “Best Contact Center Reporting and Processes” during an event held in Dubai, UAE on May 31st, 2011. This award was granted after carefully evaluating and auditing the company, amongst other leading BPOs in the region, on its internal processes, infrastructure, documentation and knowledge management.
Through its superior operations and contact center expertise, CrysTelCall has partnered with its various clients worldwide and was successful in effectively managing its clients’ outsourcing requirements and needs with the highest quality standards.
The Middle East Call Center (MECC) Awards Ceremony was organized by INSIGHTS Middle East and is recognized as the premier regional call center event for the region. In recognition of CrysTelCall’s achievements, Mr. Dominick Keenaghan; CEO of INSIGHTS Middle East and chairman of the Awards Committee commented: "CrysTelCall is a great example of the power of emerging markets and their contribution to the regional call center industry. The Jordanian company grabbed our jury's attention through their commitment and dedication to customer excellence and therefore deservedly won the Best Reporting System & Processes and the Best Medium OSP Awards.
