    Ever since this video was aired on Roya TV, we’ve received many questions on who and how to apply to this position; and below we will answer the main ones:

    Q1) What is the type of work?

    As an Arabic and English speaking Service Advisor you would be responsible for all of the following:

    • Responsible for communicating with customers’ interactions via multiple channels.
    • Answering all incoming requests and addressing the customers’ problems in a timely manner.
    • Re-directing requests as per the set processes and taking adequate messages when required.
    • Following company procedures when handling incoming and outgoing interactions with the ability to resolve and close issues.
    • Escalating issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor.

    Q2) What are the minimum requirements?
    • Communication Skills:
      • Strong and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Language
    • Personal Skills:
      • Ability to multi-task
      • as positive attitude
      • Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others
      • Customer service oriented
    • Technical Skills:
      • Good knowledge of basic computer tools (e.g. Office suite, Internet, email)

    Yes; we have flexible shifts and we already employ university students at CrysTelCall.
