    2013 was a good year for CrysTelCall!

    New Amazing Clients

    Our mission to become the best outsourcing contact center from the Middle East is an ongoing one. In 2013 our list of happy customers grew tremendously with our latest addition coming at the end of the year when an agreement with one of the region’s biggest telecom provider was inked.

    The CrysTelCall Family Grew!

    Our greatest achievement of 2013 was the addition of 300+ employees. Other than being extremely proud of the sense of giving back to the community and hiring local talent, this new addition to the family ensures that bigger and better ideas will come out of CrysTelCall in 2014.

    Awards of Excellence

    We’re very proud of every member of our team, and receiving awards for it always puts a smile on all our faces here at CrysTelCall. In 2013 we’ve received:

    1 - The UN Women Gender Equity Seal Accreditation, which is a major source of pride for us. Providing the opportunity and environment for all to nourish regardless of your gender, creed are what we strive to achieve at all times.


    2 – Our head of Operations, Rami Al Atiyat won The Call Centre Manager of the year 2013. Which is a testament of all his hard work and efforts that he has put in with us over the years. Needless to say we’re extremely proud and happy for him


    3 - Zeena Majali a founding member of CrysTelCall won a Board Member seat at the ICT Association of Jordan - Int@j. Although we don’t like to brag but she won with the highest number of votes too!

    We’ve launched our blog in an attempt to get to know our customers and partners better in order to provide them with the best experience possible. And although it is still relatively new, we think this will give an insight on how we do things here because we’d like to think that we’re awesome at what we do and we’d like the world to know it!
