    Most #Outsourced Jobs

We’ve discussed previously what outsourcing is and the advantages of outsourcing and whether or not you should do it. If you’re still not sure, or don’t know what kind of jobs are regularly outsourced, we’ve compiled a list.

    1) Customer Care and Customer Support

This is no surprise, in fact this represents the biggest business division at CrysTelCall and we’ve recently just grew it bigger with the acquisition of a major regional telcom client.

    2) Sales

Sales are easily outsourced, here at CrysTelCall we carry out these services as well to great success for our clients, selling over the phone can be difficult but has great advantages on the cost savings and cross selling abilities. If you’re trying to reach a wider audience at a more effective cost then this is the way for you.

    3) Research & Analysis

Research is a wide field and there are organizations and institutions that specialize in providing such services. The methods and techniques they apply can get very tricky which is why people have outsourced this task.

    4) Information & Data Management

We’ve all heard of big data and all the complications that come with it, so why deal with all that data and having to comb through it when you have professionals that can do it (and not to mention do it better than you can!).

    5) Marketing/Social Media & Advertising

Marketing activities are usually outsourced to agencies (think mad men) due to their ability to sell products. In fact agencies are perfect examples of outsourcing partners, they just happen to do marketing and creative, they might write scripts and advertisement copy but at the end of the day they are in the outsourcing business just like any call center.

    6) Human Resources

We wrote a lot of articles about human resources. But this is another operation that requires exhaustive resources and makes perfect sense to outsource. Companies nowadays are even experimenting with an automated HR system for the majority of staff where any questions or concerns are answered by an automated interactive voice response (IVR).

    7) Computer Professionals and programmers

Programming is a difficult skill to pick up, you can’t start coding by reading a book, and you really have to spend hours upon hours to learn a language. This is why a lot of companies especially the SME’s decide to outsource their programming at the beginning of their projects to control the costs and simplify their lives by not having to worry about a very technical field when they know someone else can handle it for them without having to worry about it.

    8) Accountants

When was the last time you did your taxes? As a matter of fact did you know a lot of SME’s outsource their financial departments to companies so that they don’t have to worry about this business operation? Its time consuming, tedious and can land you in trouble with the law if it’s not professionally taken care of.

Let us know if you think you we've missed one.
